Goldenrod Regional Housing Agency manages Rural Development Properties in Wisner and Pilger. Applicants are eligible if they meet income guidelines set by USDA. Contact out office for additional eligibility requirements.

The family pays around 30 percent of its adjusted income for rent. The remaining portion of the rent is subsidized by Rural Development. The family is required to sign a one-year lease.
